dear experts,

when i am saving customer master record i am getting the error as IN TABLE T683S, THE ENTRY B DB0001 AUSJ IS MISSING.

I TRY IN V/37, V/44,V/46. But nothing workd.

could anybody tell where i need to do the img setting.

What is AUSJ output type? Can you check customer master (t.code XD02) ->Sales area data ->documents tab? Here you might have assigned AUSJ output type. Can you remove this and add correct output type, then try to save?

thanks for the reply shiva ram,

i tried to remove output type ausj in xd02 showing incomplete and in documents other output types like ba00 etc are there.

In the customer master, select the output type AUSJ (keep the cursor on it) and click on the delete button on the bottom (a square button with red line on it). By this way, you can completely remove the entry and can save the customer master.

i done it. now issue is fixed but still i am unclear about it how it came automatically.

what is ausj output type. this output type is not in procedure also.
