Unable to see all shopping carts list in POWL

Dear Experts,

I've got the following roles but still I am unable to see the shoppingcarts that are created by other users.

Do I need any special authorization to see the carts that are created by others?

Dear krish,

The standard roles in SAP does not allow one to see all shopping carts. Could you please what is the business case here?

Thanks for your reply, yes that is correct standard SAP does not allow to see / modify the carts that are created by others.

Actually my question is regarding monitor shopping cart, got the clue and I can see the monitor option under SRM Admin --> Application monitor ---> Monitor shopping cart.

Hi,

The monitors are for 'problem' carts, from where an administrator can view and reprocess these documents, are you seeing some different document sin this monitor?
