Not able to Run Risk Analysis for particular backend system in GRC RAR 5.3

Hi

I am not able to run Risk analysis for particulat system (YDQ) in GRC RAR..For remaining systems its working.

Previously it was working successfully for this system.

Below is the error message.

Is it TCP/IP RFC connection iisue in YDQ system with registered program: GRCRTTOCC5X for GRC RAR system for YDQ connector?

Can you please explain what is the below error.

And give some suggestion to resolve this..

Sorry - I've never seen that error message before. Have you looked at the log file it mentions to see if there is a more helpful message in there?

I would start by checking the connectivity from the GRC end - test the relevant Java Connectors for system YDQ. If the problem is in the backend system, it can only be an authorisation issue I think. Has anything changed with the user that the connectors login as?
