EIC Activity Re assignment

Hi,

Is it possible to reassign one activity form one EIC Agent to another EIC agent in differnt org unit. If yes, then what is technical setting we need to do?

Hi Umesh,

Yes it is possible , as long as you maintain profiles for EIC both org units then when you log into  EIC and process the activity where you can re-assign the activity to other org unit which is listed in the drop down.
