dear sd gurus my clint requirement is , to maintain reason for delay

is it possible to maintain

Either you can make use of the "Order Reason" field or add one field with the help of ABAPer

Check the sales order to see any unused field is available. You can make use of the field. If not you can add additional field in the sales order line item ->additional data B tab. Check with ABAP'er for the same.
