Hi,

in SPRO go to cross application basic settings > event and event schema for alert management > define recipient of notification.

Remove the notification there.

There are several entries in this screen, one of them is probably:

Scenario: Approve Shopping Cart

User Role: Contact Person (in most cases the creator of the shopping cart)

Look at the details of this row, here you can disable or enable notifications for certain actions. My guess is that the 'Approval of Application Object' is enabled in your system. See the attached image.

Hi Robin,

Thanks

In my SPRO. the Approval of Application object is disabled.

My problem is --> When the initiator changes the SC , the approver getting approval mail as it is and the initiator is getting a mail ( ..... xxxx SC xx was released by INITIATOR .....) .

Hi Sahil,

You mentioned the User Role as Approver ,  I think it is Creator / Initiator of the WF ?
