In Cj20N, we are observing that for many of the External activities, PR number (Requisition) is missing from External tab page even though PR exists for the activity. Pls find attachment for detail.
We could also see that In AFVC table, PR Numbers are missing for same activities and for same account assignment, entry is there in EBKN table confirming PR is existing. because fo this issue, we are getting lots of update failure messages in function module ME_UPDATE_REQUISITION. Error message # Error during update Table EBKN
So we have created a Z program which links EBKN table with AFVC and updates missing PRs for the given network.
However we are not able to find out any root cause why PR number goes missing in table AFVC.
Could anybody has faced similar issues where PR numbers gets de-linked from external activities?
