Inspection lot is not generated during REM Back Flush

Dear PP/QM Expert,

During REM Back flush with Movement 131 inspection lot is not generate while with same setting in QAS it get generated, where I have to check setting?

Hi can you please check if the quality is deactivated for movement type 131 in config.

SPRO->QP->Quality inspection->Inspection lot creation->inspection for goods movement

We checked same in DEV and QAS but both setting are same, even though results are not same.

Hi Samirsinh,

I guess stock is getting posted to unrestricted directly instead of QI. Could you check whether "Post to insp stock" check box is ticked in material master against 04 inspection type.

Are you using any exit there for control of inspection lot creation?

Dear Anand Rao,

As far as concern of master data and configuration we have checked in DEV and QAS  both have same but in DEV stock transfer into unrestricted and in QAS it create inspection lot.

I presume that 13 & 04 inspection type is active .

Now Make sure that  ,In production version creation screen,all related datas(Production version valid from-to date, BOM usage, routing etc.) could be check using the "Check" button. if the light is green, then all things go well.

Then check cost collector.

Lastly check the T code MFBF & MFPR excecution properly.

Yes 13&4 are active and it for all material in DEV client and same for in QAS client but in QAS when I perform MFBF all materials transfer in Quality means create inspection lot while in DEV it transfer in unrestricted with movement 131. Need to check which setting is missing on client level.

check settings QCC3->Inspection lot creation->QM in production->Maintain Parameters for Process Order Type àPlanning -->inspection type -->13 for REM
