Need to delete the Trip.

Hello Experts,

When we Tried to Delete the Trip no. XXXXX for personal no XXXXXXXX.

We are getting Error as "Period  is not defined in the period table" Hence We checked the payroll period and everything is fine with Payroll period.

Hence request your help in deleting the trip.

Is this an old trip by any chance? Is the trip visible via Tcode PRTE or in table PTRV_PERIO? It may happen if the period used was previously already stored in PTRV_PERIO table after settlement.

If this trip is inconsistent for some reason then the only way to delete it is to use the report RPTTDORL but please check the documentation very carefully!
