Sender MDM channel not picking messages from MDM

Hi,

We are facing the  issue of Sender MDM channel not picking messages automatically from MDM. There are total nine interfaces each having unique sender MDM channel but only for two interfaces the MDM channels are not picking the files from MDM Server.

For retrieving the messages we need to manually restart the channel everytime.

There are no warning messages in MDM channel and even though nothing is being written in trace logs. We are  having MDM7.1 SP05 and SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.1 SP Level :SP06 in our landscape .

We have referred to SAP note 1452509,as per this note the restart of the MDM Adapter java components will resolve the issue .Even after the restart of MDM Adapter java components the messages are not picked up automatically. As per this note sap has already provided the fix in MDM7.1 SP05 being on the same service pack we are still facing the issue.

We have tried making copy of existing channel and making them active and it works. But again the other interface channels are also behaving in the same way one by one.

If you have faced this kind of issue then please provide your valuable inputs.

See whether file has sufficient permission to access. If the file permission is not given then you might have this issue.
