Hi Abu,

You must be using sample drawing procedure (at header of inspection plan) that contains “Consider no. of containers” checkbox ticked.

  1. Either you remove this tick in QPV2 (if you don’t want lot containers to be entered)
  2. Or mention number of lot containers at the time of lot creation. (If the inspection lot is already created, then go to QA02 and in samples tab mention No. Containers.

Hi Abu,

When you are using sample drawing procedure :

1.You have to assign Inspection point related to sample management in task list header.

2. You have to assign the sampling procedure relevant to inspection point to "all" the MIC's

Once you make sure this just remember to  remove container data in SDP and make sure that you have entered data in either of the "primary sample" AND/OR "pooled sample" AND reserve sample.

hi,

U need to check the no. of container size field, secondly check ur sampling procedure and its valuation type, inspection point in quality plan and assignment of sampling procedures in MIC's. if u don't want a fixed no. of containers size  then remove the size from QPV2 and use the sampling scheme for auto sample size calculation.

Hi,

1.You have to assign sampling proceduure to each MIC in the task list.

2.Assign the container data in the sample drawing procedure.
