Deleting outbound delivery-error VL111

Hi,

I have cancel outbound delivery in VL09. But I couldn't delete the delivery. I got the following error message:

"Item 10 cannot be deleted (GM status)

Message no. VL111

Diagnosis

The goods movement status (partially or completely processed) does not allow the item to be deleted."

I looked into MB51. 602 movement was done. But the goodsmovement stat of delivery is still "C".

Can you let me know what may be the problem?

Go to VL02N, key in that delivery reference and execute.  Now go to header "Processing" tab and check for the field "Goods Issue".  Also is the tab "Post Goods Issue" in editable mode ?

No field is not editable mode.

That means you have not reversed the said delivery document.

In VL02N, after entering the delivery number, click on the document flow button on the top and see whether any subsequent documents are remaining. If there is no documents, then try again VL09. If the status still remains, then run program RVDELSTA in SA38 for the delivery and check again.
