LSOCP 604 , cannot play web based training

Hi all,

I am not able to play web based training on the learning portal.

i get an error saying

Errors occurred

Logon to the learning system failed.

Please contact your system administrator.

Check that the communication user between portal and LSOCP has been set up correctly (sufficient security authorization) and that the LSOCP has been installed correctly with the correct userID and password (one per organization).

I have WebDav in place,

I have no error in

http://........./lms/mediator/config

everything is ok

But still when i try to run the we based course i get the same error

Hi Pavan,

Try to install LSCOP player. Try to get Java updates to your browser. Hope fully this will be resolved.

We are using IIS as CMS system to store Course Content. We are able to publish the course also. But, when we click on Start Now to launch the course -its giving us 404 - File not Found error.

We have tested the CP config with URL http://ABC,domain.co:50000/lms/mediator/config

Appl Server  id and pwd :R3 id and password and CMS id and pwd : CMS id and password. After update and checking it. It giving us SERVER URL http://XYZ.domain.co:50002/course/ 
OK. which IIS server URL. 

When we trying to start course from Learning Portal, Still we are getting the same error and when we did httptrace for the webpage. It displaying the log,  not able to GET path http://XYZ.domain.co:50002/lms/mediator/courseview =XXXXXXXXXX.     

It seems like, looking for lms/mediator/ folder in XYZ.domain.do:50002 path. Since it is not available, it cannot read the path. So GET error is displaying as mentioned above.  

Initially, when we pointed to Portal server as MR. Its working fine for us. But, now we changed IIS as MR. From then we are getting this issue.

Or do we need to config CP in the IIS path like http://ABC.domain.co:50002/lms/mediator/config

We have tried with that too, its showing same 404-File not found error, 

Could you please tell us, what is to be done. Do we need to Install LSOCP file in IIS server or any Java File to be installed. We could see mediator file is missing to launch the course. whether do we need to modify any file to specify IIS path to read the content, while launching the course.
