Transaction Variants for Trip After Upgrade

Hi guru, we have a problem for transaction variants for trip. The problem was "born" aftre the Upgrade to release ECC 6.0 from 5.0. Seems that the Transaction TRIP doesn't see the transaction variant linked to Trip. All the transaction variant created into 5.0 are present also in ECC 6.0. I don't undestand what happened. It should make certain steps after upgrade? Thanks.  Regards.  Lorenzo

Hi Siddhart, the note cannot be implemented. My support package include already this note.

Please see if the transaction variant, if it is the standard transaction variant, active for the TCode. Sometimes after support packs and upgrades, the standard transaction variants get deactivated.

Note: I don't see posts after Feb'12. Will somebody please fix it? Thank you.

Hi Fred, the transaction variant is linked to a standard Tcode TRIP active in ECC 6.0.

YOU NEED check transaction SHDO and then see for trip what is assigned
