Authorizations required for TMS background job user

Hi Gurus,

We scheduled TMS background job in 000 client under user TMSADM.

But, when it executed, i couldn't import the transport requests automatically. The same job imported the transports successfully when the user is changed to Basis admin user. So, we came to know that the user TMSADM is lacking some authorizations to process the TMS background job. The TMS user in our system is having only its default profile S_A.TMSADM. So please suggest what other authorizations this user require to process the TMS background job by successfully importing the transports.

Hello,

Profile S_A.TMSADM should be enough for TMSADM user. Anyhow, to ensure that TMSADM user has the correct authorizations, I would recommend you to reset the TMSADM user; it will create it again from scratch with the default authorizations and the needed properties.

In order to reset the TMSADM user you have to logon into client 000 of the system and go to:

STMS --> Overview --> Systems --> Extras --> Reset User TMSADM
