Report of all deliveries created per Project

Good Afternoon PS Gurus

I need to pull a report of all deliveries created per Project.

I've tried using VL06 and YMB51, and neither shows me the specific WBS element that is attached to each line on a delivery, which is what I need to see.

Please advise in which traction or report can I get the above information or do we need to customize.

You can check report CN52n where you column as issue qty.

hi,

try to develop report as I did for the similar requirement. For that you need to use LIKP and LIPS tables.

In the selection criteria you can use Project Definition and WBS element even created on date and user ID.

You can write quarry also by SQVI as report is using only these 2 tables.

Hi,

We have one such customized Z report called ZPSDM in our project where we can see all deliveries created for a project.

In the selection criteria there are following parameters mentioned

-Project

-Network/Activity

-Material

-Plant

-Requirements date

-Sold to / Ship to

-Database profile

You can develop like this.

Hi,

Use CN52N, column "Quantity Withdrawn" will show you the delivered Quanties against each WBS element, network actitivies also.

Use CNS0 for all project deliveries created for particular project.

Hi,

I am not sure if in logistic you will have more information, From PS point of view you can use report CJI3 and here filter for example by document number or by Ref Transaction = MKPF ...
