Portal Issue

Dear SDN,

We recently CE7.0 server hostname changed on AIX and Oracle database,

After hostname change we are able to view the portal page but where it is not able to open NWA and System Information Page.

Give’s below: Description Server Hangup.

Do we need to change any JVM Setting

Hi Panu,

Can you login to configtool and check there in the instance node ID, if the message server host etc is correct as per the hostname change.

Also check the j2ee/dbhost & j2ee/scs/host parameters and other java related parameters, if they are correct as per the new hostname.
