                 is it possible to do pgi without picking ,

dear, please run t-code 0VLP for your item category (for example, TAN) and look at "Relevant for picking" checkbox.

just leave it blank (not ticked) if you need.

Hi

As suggested by Mr PPIO, you can control through the delivery item category setting , Whether you want to pick the item or not, if you will deactivate this in the item category you need not to do picking while creating delivery PGI , the Picking field becomes inactive and no input are allowed then.

Hi ,

For the following scenarios you can do PGI without Picking:

1) Consignment Pick-up Scenario where the delivery item is not relevant for Picking.

2) In Third Party sales order where you will be dealing with Zero qty at Delivery level.

3) with Service Item you can do PGI without Picking.

4)When returning goods to your plant following a Customer Complaint.

It depends on the Delivery item configuration as Picking relevant or not.
