Dear All,

I have a requirement that customer wants the report to check the scheduled qty,PGIed qty and the Balance qty for a date range of scheduel lines.

So i need to track the delivery number and qty for a particular schedule line.

I am not able to get link for VBEP-ETENR to VBFA,LIKP and LIPS.

Ex: Sales Order 6733 has 2 materials X and Y. Material X has 4 schedule lines as below.

Period      Delivery Date  Order Qty  Rounded Qty Confirmed QTy

  D          12.12.2011      80               80                  80

  D          14.12.2011      60               60                  60

  D          17.12.2011      50               50                  50

  D          28.12.2011      60               60                  60

I want to find the delivery number and qty for the date range 14.12.2011 and 17.12.2011 of scheduel line.

So that we can create a report for scheduel qty, PGIed qty and balanced for the date range of schedule line.

Kindly i need your valuable suggestions.

Hi Azeez.Mohd,

If you want to get the report of balance qty you can prepare logic like this.

VBAP  - KWMENG - (Minus) LIPS - LFIMG then you will get the balance qty

link between VBAP and LIPS is LIPS - VGBEL (sales order no).If you pass the sale order no at LIPS - VGBEL you will get the delivery details of that sale order.

Dear Ram,

I want the delivery no of the sales order w.r.t schedule line date.

If i pass the sales order no in LIPS-VGBEL then i will get the deliveries related to all schedule lines.

But i want to get the deliveries of particular schedule line date range.

How is it possible?
