Message mapping failing in moni but successful in ESR

I have a Proxy to cXML scenario in which the message is failing in moni. If I try with the same payload in ESR Test tab of the Mapping it is successful. Can anyone suggest what could be the issue.

Are you getting mapping error in Moni but there is no error when mapping is explicitly tested in ESR, then answer following questions:

Are you using parameterized mapping and the value of parameter is not given in the interface determination?

Is the input payload in correct format, hope the mapping is not failing because of that

check if your configuration is using the same mapping that you are trying to execute. also try to do a cache refresh. it is possible that it could be due to an issue with your cache that during runtime the mapping is failing.

Also try to test the payload in the operation mapping.

Check the input xml with any xml editor or with a browser if it is valid first. May be you can insert an image of the error or description for having an effective solution.

Hello,

Are you using mapping parameters e.g graphical JDBC/RFC Lookup? Is it successful when you test your operation mapping? If you are using parameters, then you may have failed to declare them in Integration Directory under Interface Determination. .
