Delivery type : LO w/o reference to SO

I know that we can create a delivery type LO to merge many SO items into 1 DN, with the use of LO Delivery type if the ship-to-party & ship-to-date is the same.

But how does the individual SO's gets status : completed.

I could see it open now. Though the LO delivery is completed, GI done & invoice is also completed.

Hi Pri,

Order would get status completed only if all the items in the order have been delivered completely.

For e.g order has 20 items which needs to be delivered but if you have created delivery of only 18 items then the order will not have completion ststus.

Yes, but I used Delivery type LO & not LF.

Since I created a delivery w/o reference to my sales order, all my So's are in open status.

But however I have created a DN for all the qts in the sales order.

Now the SO is independant of the DN.
