well, it's right: you really should use the BRTOOLS nowadays.
Anyhow, of course there is still the documentation for SAPDBA available:

You can do this using BrTools . Run Brtools --> Space Management --> Extend tablespace , there give your table space name on the next screen select the size and data file .
