Reports for PO and IV

Hi SRM Experts,

I am using SRM 4.0 ECS Scenario.

1-I want to see all the POs made in a certain Period for a certain Company codes.

2-Also same for the IVs done in the period,

3-IV paid in the period so that I can compare all these.

Is there any report/Table/T_Code for it?

Hi

<b>Please refer to the standard tcode - BBP_PD.</b>

Here incase you specify Object type as - BUS2201 (for Purchase orders), you will get the detailed data.

Incase you specify Object type as - BUS2210 (for Invoices), you will get the detailed data.

Thanks for such a quick reply.

In teh BBP_PD I am not able to sort out the POs on Company code and Date wise.

I am getting all the PO after change on -

Date .

Pls let me know how user can get these POs thru Web Login.

Or how can I get thru GUI/web login.

Hi,

If invoices are created in the backend system, you won't have anything (invoice doc and value) in SRM except the PO follow-on document history and the statistics.
