System Copy Homogeneous

Dear Gurus!

I'm executing a "System Copy Homogeneous" with the CD51020587 in i570 server V5R3M0 operation system.

But the instance profile can't created and when I've created manually, this shows message:

"El desplazamiento de espacio X'00000000' o X'000000022E002040' está fuera
del límite actual para el objeto QPADEV0002QSECOFR 003702.
Error de aplicación. MCH0601 no supervisado por QC2POSIX en la sentencia
0000000011, instrucción X'0000'.

Hi

It looks like you are trying to do system copy using SAPinst. What system are you trying to copy?

If the system already exists, why don't you use the SAVLIB/RSTLIB methods ?

Check if the install CD you are using is the correct one for the system u are trying to install..

Hi Luis,

I don't know, if it is really not possible to use this CD (it is not v5r3 certified), but at least you could use the "manual approach" of the system copy as described e.g. in:
