Help regding... eCATT recording in SolMan system

Hello All,

I tried to record an eCATT script for a transaction from my SolMan system. I got an alert saying

"Scripting Is Not Allowed in Current eCATT System".

Am I missing any patch? Pls help.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try it..

1. Enter /nrz11 in the OKCode edit box to open transaction rz11.

2. In the Param. Name box of the Maintain Profile Parameters window, enter sapgui/user_scripting and click the Display button

3. The Display Profile Parameter Attributes window opens.

4. If ProfileVal is FALSE, you must modify its value. To modify it, click the Change value button . The Change Parameter Value window opens.

5. Enter TRUE in the ProfileVal box and click the Save button . Note: You must enter TRUE in all capital letters. Entering True or true has no effect.

Hi Mahantesh Patil,

I had this problem long back and solved it somehow.

The mistake I did is, I didnt update this in this thread. So, I dont remember how I solved it.

But I also tried whatever you have specified in your reply. But not sure whether it helped in solving my problem. Hence have awarded you appropriately. Dont mistake me. Thank you for taking the pain in answering my query even though it is dated long back.
