Hi, does the PO item # from the Sales Order (VA01) gets copied into VL01N (Delivery)?

Is this done in copy control?

Where can we see this in VL01N?

No, the field VBAP-POSEX is not copied in the delivery.

I have the same problem because I need this field in the delivery printouts, so I decided to read it from VBAP in the printout program using LIPS-VGBEL and LIPS-VGPOS that refer to order item.

If you need the field in the delivery you have to append LIPS table with field POSEX and fill it by copy control.

Can you let me know how to append a field to the table? Do we need an OSS key to append anything?

u will try LIPS table and then connect to the VBAK.next link is VBAP and get the PO items value.this one is possible.

Hi Pri,

Items from Sales order get copied to delivery thr copy control. We set copy control in sales documents at Header, Item & Schedule Lines.

Path:

Spro-f5-logistic execution-shipping-copy control- Select

Source(OR) - Target (LF) Select Item - TAN and display.

T-code: VTLA
