Is it possible to install the SAP Netweaver Application Server EE5 + Developer Studio on the same machine where NW2004s (with MaxDB + Develper Studio) is already installed?

No issues with the installation on the same server, if you have sufficient RAM available on the same server.
But does NW2004s support JDK1.5? https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloaditem?rid=/library/uuid/cfc19866-0401-0010-35b2-dc8158247fb6 said JDK1.5 has not been tested.

Yeah, but i can install different VM's. In fact i already have, as we have none SAP projects we are already using 1.5
