500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

I am a new in the SAP XI and I am getting the error 500 Internal Server Error when i try to run the SXMB_IFR Transaction code .

I tried everything every blog in sdn but no success......My JDK version is fine ...

pl's. suggest what to do?

And also suggest me:

When I run Visual Administrator with the go.bat file

I choose the following settings

Selected "Default"

User Name :- J2EE_ADMIN

Password :- ?

Host :<MY HOST>

port : 50004

But i don't know the default password..

please let me know the default password for Visual Administrator,

Also u can checkl with notes 807000 and 804124. also check for the following:

1. Role validity date set up wrong. Change to current date using SU01

2. chec for J2EE license

>>> goto the SU01 tcode in XI and check for the role validity dates (from date and to date)

loginto service.sap.com and using ur s-id and pwd access the notes. SU01 is a transaction and check in that. For J2ee license you can check with the basis.

check with your settings in explorer. Are u able to access internet from your sys?
