Hi,
I have created a scenario, file to IDOC..and Idoc i am using is CREMAS 04.
in SXMB_moni, message status shows Scheduled
And when I go to R/3 system tried we05, and Idx5 transactions and I didn't find the IDOC.
Can anybody tell me how to trace this issue?
Thanks
Balaji
Hi,
1)Try to clear the meta data and try it out again (Tcode- Idx2)
2)Check Dump ( Tcode-ST22 )

Thanks to all for the helpful replies. I find empty in we20 transaction.
And also no meta data in idx2. I have created port and RFC destination and I ignored partner profile thought somebody must have created for me.
Could anybody tell me how to create a new partner profile?
What type of partner profile should I create? LI, LS etc?
Thanks
Balaji
Hi,
The partner type is LS.
Double click the R/3 LS.On the right side you have two options Oubound and Inbound.
In the Inbound parameters click on new entry, will open a next window.
Fill the parameters for partner type, message type ,Idoc type etc...
In the processing parameters with the F4 help give the IDOC processing function name.
Save the entries.
Hope it helps.

JE
Balaji,
Go through this document which will clear all your doubts on how data is sending from R3 to XI and Vice versa:
---Satish
In the XI server you don't have to define any partner profile, because you will not use the ALE layer of XI.
XI route the IDocs, don't process it and don't create it, for this reason you don't have to define partner profile (WE20) in XI server.
You just need to define partner profile in the R/3 system the send or receive the IDocs.
You should define a logical system for the final receiver of the IDoc (the logica system name must be the same you put in SLD in the business system) an point to it in WE20.
Just in WE20 use a port that refere to XI.
Sandro
Hi,
Have you done ALE config steps for inbound interface to SAP?
If not, then do it first.
They are:
1)Creating Logical systems(BASIS team creates it)
2)Assigning Clients to Logical systems(BASIS team creates it)
3)Create RFC destinations
4)Maintain distribution model for Idoc(Cremas)
5)Create partner profiles
How to relate whether I have the required partner profile in R/3 system?
Double click on the R/3 system, check if there is an entry for Inbound parameters
on the right hand side ,if so then see for the IDoc Cremas.
If you don't see an entry for IDOC CREMAS then create one as I mentioned above.

JE
Hi Sandro,
Final receiver of my Idoc is my R/3 system.
So I have created RFC destination and Port for R/3 system in XI server.
in we20, where should I point the logical system name of R/3 server? Is it in "Partner No." filed or some where else?
Just in WE20 use a port that refere to XI. and also where should I enter this?
I am sorry if I am asking more questions.
Thanks
Balaji
Hi,
Check id there is any messages in trnx SM58.
Did you configure the partner profiles in we20 trnx and in the Inbound parameters for Cremas Idoc?
Thanks,
JE

Are the queue in XI registered ?
Please execute the report RSXMB_REGISTER_QUEUES on XI box.
After this also check the queue status in transaction SMQ2
