HI,
Did you run the SLDCHECK transaction on your XI R/3 stack. I do not think this is the error of your connected R/3 System.
Go to SU01 and check XILDUSER is locked ? if not try to reset the password to what it was again. If it is locked unlock it.
In the exchange Profile http://<host>:50500/exchangeProfile, go to the Connection tab and enter the correct password of XILDUSER.
How to change passwords of XI users ?
Check OSS Note 721548

Hi chandu,
Looks like your RFC connection is not defined properly.
Did you run Transaction SLDCHECK on ABAP stack ? If not, run it and post the result
...Also check the following..
Go to SM59 transaction and open TCP/IP connections, check SAPSLDAPI RFC destination is working correct by clicking on Test Connection
If it is not working correct.
To find your gateway host & service, go to SMGW -> Go to -> Parameters -> Display and look for gateway hostname and gateway service.
Then look for Program ID in Visual Administrator JCo Connections under services.
Restart the J2EE engine.
Also check..
http://service.sap.com/instgudies -> Netweaver 04 -> Installation -> SAP XI -> Install Guide.
Please let me know, your problem is solved or not .

Is is a SWCV standard of custom ?
Maybe some Service Pack has been installed on XI part but not on SLD ?
