what is difference between configtool and visual admin

please let me know what parrameter can we change in configtool which are not possible in visual admin.

hi,

The Java VM Settings (the settings of the Java Virtual Machine) of SAP Web AS Java can only be maintained with the Config Tool.

The Config Tool is called on the host where the database of the SAP Web AS Java is running. Authentication is performed using the log on to the operating system of the host

but Visual admin we can do remotly.
