I have got a strange problem...sapsprint hangs on some Windows 2000 machines.
The service is running, but does not respond when I try to print something or
connect to it using telnet hostname 515 command.
Sometimes this program "awakes", prints and writes logs, but after few hours hangs again..
Hi Pavel,
First, I want to know which SAPsprint version do you use ? Try use the latest one.
Then check on your Windows System Log. You can use Event Viewer. Usually, because this log is full, SAPsprint is stop responding. Try to select first option (overwrite when it's full). I have the same symptom as you have just now.
please reward point if this help you.
