System problems after applying patches

Hi all,

I was patching our netweaver 2004s system and now I am not able to use any transaction anymore.

First I updated the Abapkernel and the SPAM itself. Then I started applying the Abap support packages. I had no problem applying patch level 7 and 8. When I imported patchlevel 9, the system did not respond anymore. Every time I tried to execute a transaction I got a shortdump.

Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

We restored the system and now I got a similar error already when updating SPAM.

Hi,

Just try to run RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES program from SE38 and see whether it works or not.

Hi,

the problem is I cannot run any transaction without creating a shortdump. The system does not even let me open SE38.
