Hi,
When i click 'request user ID' in the EBP login screen, it takes me to another ITS screen where I need to enter the login ID and password again. Can u pls let me know on how to avoid the second login screen?
Cheers!
Rajeev
Hi,
You can maintain the Login data for the service BBPAT03 in SICF .Then the pop up will not appear.

Hi Rajeev,
Goto transaction sicf and look for service BBPAT03.
Here you goto 'Display Service' and then fil the required Logon data. (right click on this service. second option is display service).

Hi
What is your system release ?
This is standard functionality in SRM5.0 and onwards.
From WAS700 onwards, the single sign-on (SSO) feature has been disabled.
Hope this will help.
Pls reward suitable points.
