Hi,
I was trying to install TREX beside my local java web application server installation on Windows XP, but I don't and cannot have IIS installed.
Do you know whether TREX works with other web servers (like Apache or the WAS web server) on Windows XP? If yes, how should it be configured then?
Regards,
Krisztian
Hi Krisztian,
if the Trex Server should be used by JAVA applications or JAVA and ABAP applications you need to enable a HTTP connection. This means you need a Web server. Under Windows OS is Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 5.0 or 6.0 required.
Kind Regards,
Martin
