I am using cProjects 4.0. While asssigning a role of type WFD to a resource and trying to staff this resource to a role at the front end, I get an error message that the person is not known in WFM core. The application actually tries to search this in WFM and they may not exist as Service Arrangements are missing.
What I understand is that the application COMM_SERV_Provider
has to be used for creating Service Arrangements for resource. Can someone suggest how exactly to go about.
