Alerts:

SOAP - RFC - SOAP: Its a normal Sync scenario.
Sync-Async bridge BPM:
Create a receive step and select "open Sync-Async bridge" in properties tab.

For alerts all you have to do is search for ALERTS with Weblogs and you will find enough blogs to keep you busy and the same holds true for the rest of the questions as well.
