problen in output type ABSA(ME22)

I am modifing purchase order smartforms.I can print RFQ using output type NEU,same form I count print Rejection of RFQ using ABSA output type.

I chked in NACE output type and forms everything is correct.but in ME42 if I select ABSA its not wrking( its with Red color marking).guide me pls

Hi Jaya,

Check transactions NACT and NACZ if your procedure contains the output type ABSA and also your application EA contains ABSA or not.

In NACZ has only procedure "RMBEA1 - purchase RFQ" under EA.

check the setting for output determination at the following path:

IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-Messages-Output control:

Mantain message Schema for Request for Quotation.

Also, check if the partner role has been set for Quotation at the following path:

IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-Messages-Output control:

Partner Role per message type.

Next, check as already ,mentioned for the condition record via transaction 'MN01/02'

Does RMBEA1 contains ABSA.If not include it.

Check the same with transaction 'NACZ'

IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-Messages-Output control:

Mantain message Schema for Request for Quotation.

Double click on the RMEA1 or select RMBEA1 and click the sub-section 'control'.

It has ABSA output type.

Hi Jaya,

Have you maintained your condition record for your condition type ABSA.This condition type has to be assigned to your RFQ document type in MN01.

Check that the condition record maintained for the Output type 'ABSA'.
