EP 7.0 on iSeries.

Hi,

I am trying to install NW04s EP 7.0 WAS 7.0 SR2 on iSeries V5R4. I am getting some strange error in define parameter phase while giving the toolbox JDBC driver location. I have jt400.jar file on iSeries with version 5.0. Seeing the log files there are no errors only two files are getting jenerated controllerKdbClient.dmp and stepKeydbClient.dmp

The last step in sapinst.log file is as follows.

INFO 2007-01-29 05:13:12

Execute step getSID of component |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_GetSidNoProfiles|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0.

Not sure what is going on...Need some expert help...

Hello Milan,

maybe you find a more detailed error description in file sapinst_dev.log?

The path to the file may not contain the file name itself, for example, if your file is /sapmnt/jt400/jt400.jar, then the path to provide inside the dialog would be

<drive>:sapmntjt400

where <drive> is the drive letter of the mapped network drive that you use for your installation.

I am using currect file patch with share drive. Following is the last line info in sapinst_dev.log

No when I try to restart the installation I get following error

Hello Milan,

for an unknown reason your keydb.xml file seems to have been corrupted, that is, parts are missing.

Please restart the installation and choose "Run new installation" so that a healthy keydb.xml will be copied again from your installation master cd copy.

If the Driver error still exists, please open a customer message, and if possible, provide a service connection.
