how do i delete the BP from EBP ssytem

I want to delete the Business partner of vendor from the EBP system.Is there any FM or program which can do this.

I have put the archiving flag in the BP tcode and run the tcode bupa_del , but still the same message comes . no deletion poassible

is it mandatory to made the entry in the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG.

Hi Sankar,

You just make entry into the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG.

& run the report and see the magic BUPA_TEST_DELETE.

It will work.You have to involve basis to make entry into the table mentioned above.

Hi,

First you have to flag the indicator Archiving flag in the Txn BP for that vendor.

Use txn BUPA_DEL to delete the BP of vendor from the EBP systems.(Only tick mark box Only record with deletion flag.

We have faced a similar situation earlier.

Logon to SRM - WEB page with the Employee user.

say you its web link is this

then on the Internet explore bar, type the following

<a href="http://"><b>http://fec.sap.point:8034/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpmainint</b></a>

Here bbpmainint is that Internet service.

Click on the left side of the web page link naming

Edit Business Partners

Incase the logged on user has the authorization to the transaction, you can create/change/delete the required BP from transaction BBPMAININT or via web 'Manage Business Partners' in role SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR.

i have run the report BUPA_TEST_DELETE there are three check boxes

only records with del flag

only sys status delete

test run check only.

I have tried all the combinations and run the report. But the BP is not getting deleted. the meassage comes that "deletion not allowed" and "no bp are deleted"

Hi Sankar,

You have to register this program into table

COMC_PR_TOOL_REG in SE16 transaction.

Please do some note search by giving key word as BUPA_TEST_DELETE as I donot have any idea about your system status like SRM release and patch level.

Hello ,

You dont have to select any combination , Just uincheck everything and execute after giving the BP number ..

If you want to test you can do a test run by selecting the third option.

Hi Sankar,

There is a Standard SAP report to delete the Business partner.

Use Transaction SE38 and execute the report BUPA_TEST_DELETE.

You can select Business partner or partners and delete.

for your information there is no delete button in BP tcode for deleting the business partner . also I have used the search option in SE37 but could not find the suitable FM

Hi,

You can directly go to transaction "BP" and delete the required BP created for the vendor.

There will also be some std FM for this which will actually delete teh BP data from the bp tables BUT000 /crmd_partner..Search in SE37 with BP or BUPA.
