System Status of HU not changing in shipment

Hi,

I have an issue with the handling unit system status. When I create a delivery and attach a HU I got the status 0010 Implemented, when I post goods issue of the outbound delivery the HU changes to 0050 Posted.

The problem comes when I have a delivery and attach the delivery to a shipment (VT02N) and inside the shipment I create the HU. When I post all the deliveries related to that shipment and assign the complete shipment status the HU remains with the status 0010 implemented.

Does anybody know why the HU system status is not changing when it is at shipment level ?

Yes, I know that if I put the HU at delivery level it will work but it is not compliant with the process of palletization at shipment level.

Is it possible with SAP standard to change the status of a HU at shipment level?

I don't know, I think that you have to make something by userexit.

The posting of Goood Issue is at delivery level not at shipment level.

If the HU is related to the shipment then no posting is done on the HU.

Put the HU into the delivery and it will work !
