Hi,
I have a scenario,
Need to read the orders information from flat file and send to R/3 by means of a synchronous BAPI call. Then the response should be saved to a file again. Is BPM required for this scenario not any other alternatives?
Please help me in this. Thanks in advance.

For this scenario no need of BPM.you can achieve the same without bpm also.

If you have more than one field in your reponse structure then you need to use BPM. if there is only one field then u can use RFC lookup as explained above.

Yes, you can do this scenario without BPM using RFC lookup in mapping.
