Dear All,
Can we Delete Compressed Files,
eg: we have 2 Drives named as C and D drive. we installed ECC5.0 with Oracle . on Drive D.
can i do the DISK Clean UP by clicking the right on the D Drive and select the check box. Compress OLD files. so that i can get free disk space.. if i do this process i will get 15GB free Space..on the 250 GB HD.
1) Does it affect the SAP database.
2) if the D Drive is in compressed mode can we do this process.
3) in my system D Drive is not in compressed Mode. should i do the Disk clean up of OLD Compressed files at OS system level.
Regards
Shankar.
Dear All,
i am not touching SAP releated Data.
for eg: when we check in the Normal Desktop . i used to delte Recly Bin , the Old compress files using Disk Clean UP.
Normal Desktop i used to delete it. after a week again the Old compress files size increases ...
i am doing at the OS level...
where the old compress file stores exactly at the OS level.
i am doing this Process at the OS level Does this affect to SAP Releated Data.
Regards
SNB.
