An idoc was supposed to be transferred from R/3 to XI. Status for the idoc in R/3 is 03 and SM58 does not have any entries. I have set up alert messages and didn't receive any failures.
But I don't see any idoc in XI (neither do i see it in IDX5). Please note that only one idoc didn't make it through. All other idocs before this one and after this one (on same day) made it successfully to XI. What happened to this idoc? any ideas?
thanks
Hi,
Please see the below links,
/people/raja.thangamani/blog/2007/07/19/troubleshooting-of-ale-process

See the status of the idoc in we02,and check the data in that idoc every thing is fine,
then run RBDMOIND program throughse38.

What does the program RBDMONIND do?
I am still getting this error with IDOCs. IDOCs are USUALLY SENT successfully to XI. but occassionally (one idoc a day), just falls off the face of the earth (does not make it through to XI system). I do not see any errors in SM58 and neither do I see any errors in default trace (log viewer on the XI server).
Any ideas as to how this error can be traced?
Hi,
Probably due to the QRFC Queues in XI Server. The following document may help you,

Hey Kris,
Go to transaction BD87 in the source system and see if you the IDOC there. If you do see it, select the IDOC and proccess it there. You should see the IDOC in IDOC.

Ramesh
