CUA Communication User getting Locked very frequently

Hi,

We have a SAP system setup as CUA under which we have added several systems for administration and report generation purpose. The Communication User CUA_<SID> has the below roles assigned.

Z_RFC_SOLMAN

ZSAP_BC_USR_CUA_CENTRAL

ZSAP_BC_USR_CUA_CENTRAL_BDIST

ZSAP_BC_USR_CUA_CENTRAL_EXTERN

ZSAP_BC_USR_CUA_SETUP_CENTRAL

ZSAP_BC_USR_CUA_SETUP_CLIENT

However, this Communication User CUA_SID is getting locked very frequently.

Please suggest on how to resolve this as this is aborting the background job which should run continuously for the Report Generated to be accurate.

The CUA_SID user is set up as a Communication User.

Is that user configured as dialog user? Try to set it to a system user. That may happen if you have profile parameters set, that people need to change their passwords.
