PO held in backend

Hi gurus,

<b>Has anyone experienced that a PO becomes held in R/3 for no (obvious) reason?</b>

We are running classic scenario (SRM 5.0).

I create a shopping cart in SRM with a line item that has been created via a punchout catalog. I check it and submit the SC but in the backend (ERP 2005) it becomes held eventhough we don't have any release strategies for this document type turned on.

If I then go in to R/3 and check the PO I can save the PO and it will be sent without any errors.

Hi Kristoffer,

I have an issue similar to yours, can you please let me know what was the issue.

We have SRM 5.5 and ECC 6. The PO is in held status but when I go into the change mode of PO and check for inconsistencies, I get no errors.
