Hi All,
We are currently working on the NWDI application on CRM 5.0 based on WAS 7.0. For this purpose, we need to have SLD (System Landscape Directory) configured.
We are encountering the following issues when we access the SLD home page and UME.
In UME (User Management Engine) it is displayed that UME configuration might not be consistent (screenshot 1 below) and the administration link in the SLD home page is greyed out. We are unable to proceed any further.
We have tried to search for solutions in SDN and Service Marketplace as well but we seem to have come to a dead end.
Please let us know the reason for this issue cropping out and what needs to be done to rectify the same? Any pointers/suggestions as to how to go about rectifying this will also be very helpful.

Hi Raj,
Check your defaultrace logs . They may give you a clue what is the cause. I remember getting into the similar SLD issue and the solution wasn't straight forward. I had to recreate some tickets in the Keystore using the utility provided by SAP.
