Request for ready to deploy sample code for Table Filter/ Table Utilities

i have gone thru some article about table filter

this is not ready to deploy sample ....

it is a tutorial...not a complete tutorial for a beginner

i need the sample application that i can deploy...immediately and try to figure out what happen in the sample
