error while installing 4.7ee

hi friends

i am installing sap 4.7ee on 2003 server with oracle8.17

i have succesfully installed the central instance but while installing the db instance i got the following error at check/adapt file system processing.

i have no clue what this error is plz help me out.

Are you installing the CI and DB on different server??
