java not coming back up!

Hi

I installed Netweaver 2004s with Oracle 10g and everything was working fine.

Able to login the portal with admin user....

I tried to link with R/3 by modifying the

c:\windows = sapmsg.ini

c:\windows\system32 = saprfc.ini and the services file

I rebooted the server and the java is not fully starting (around 325k compage to 550k)

any suggestions

I endup playing with it with the config tool and it worked.
